We offer delivery to anywhere in New Zealand.
For orders, a weight-based tariff system is applied based on weight and two zones( North and South Island). Transportation Transport is provided based on the weight rates of your product ordered.

Delivery Time
We process orders in 1 day, and the typical delivery time is an additional 1 to 4 business days. We dispatch orders from either our warehouse in Auckland or Paeroa.
Here are some typical transit times:
Auckland to Auckland 1 to 2 Days
Paeroa to Auckland 1 to 2 Days
Auckland to Hamilton 1 to 2 Days
Paeroa to Hamilton 1 to 2 Days
Auckland to Wellington 2 to 3 Days
Paeroa to Wellington 2 to 4 Days
Auckland to Christchurch 4 to 6 Days

Carrier & Tracking Details
All orders include tracking, and New Zealand Post is our preferred carrier. We'll email you the tracking details on the day we ship your order. For some bulky goods - such as LotusGrill XXL Garden BBQ . We use a variety of Local Direct Express Freight Companies all under Direct Delivery mode.You will be advised of shipping and carrier details upon dispatch.
Add a Delivery Note
You can add a brief (maximum ten words) delivery instruction at checkout, if you want to. Such as 'leave at front door if not home'. See the 'Delivery Note' field when entering your delivery address. Deliveries are usually made during business hours.
100% Risk-Free Ordering
All New Zealand and Australian orders include transit insurance. This covers loss or damage of the goods by the delivery company. All you need to do is enter a complete and correct delivery address at checkout.
Overseas Customers
Delivery Cost:
- Australia - flat rates apply based on weight range
- 0.1 to 5 kg $25
- 5.1 to 10 kg $40
- 10.1 to 15 kg $60
- 15.1 to 20 kg $75
- 20.1 to 32 kg $125
- above 32 kg - price on a quotation basis.
- Rest of World - Service is currently not available.

Freight Forwarding: Alternatively, we can deliver to your freight forwarder in New Zealand. Enter your freight forwarder's address at checkout, and you'll get access to free local delivery.
Duties & Taxes: If you do not live in New Zealand you may be responsible for local taxes on imports.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes, our warehouse does facilitate direct pick up of orders. Pickups can be arranged so as the purchaser collects goods. Official Government issued ID must be produced at pickup. No 3rd party pickup can be arranged.
